Refund policy

We accept returns on defective or damaged items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Timeframe You have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at hello@bytaco.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns for change of mind. Sale items, mystery bags, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@bytaco.com immediately with a photo and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@bytaco.com with your order number to initiate a return or cancellation.
