ByTaco is run by one person and a very dedicated dachshund. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. Processing times may be longer during sale periods, launches, and holidays.

Untracked Mail
Untracked letter mail is the most affordable option and is available for lighter items including sticker sheets, sticker packs, bookmarks, and zines. Please note that untracked items lost in transit are non-refundable as we have no way to trace them. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked option for peace of mind.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracked order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@bytaco.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Untracked items that are lost in transit are non-refundable.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. ByTaco is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
